• Lead & supervise on-site team
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Maintain safety & quality standards
• Effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction
• Perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks
• Washroom maintenance
• Detail-oriented individual preferred
• Experienced with house cleaning
• Have good understanding of different chemicals for different usages
• Experienced individual with driving license
• Drive cleaning team to the different job sites punctually
• Able to locate places and smoothly handle deliveries
• Perform any ad hoc tasks by Ops side
• Maintaining cleanliness of the van
• Keeping track of stocks in the van and top up when required
• Assisting with Operation and Human Resource departments
• Handling enquiries from employees
• Tracking of employees’ attendance at different work sites
• Sourcing and scheduling of interviews
• Updating of employees’ attendance
• Must be savvy with Google Docs and Excel
