Yes, we provide upholstery cleaning for sofas and mattresses. We have two types of cleaning available – steam cleaning and shampooing.
Shampooing is a more thorough cleaning than steam cleaning. Steam cleaning uses high heat/vapour to disinfect and kill virus, bacteria, mold and even dust mite.
Whereas for shampooing, it uses high foaming detergent solutions and a powered shampooing brush that is more effective in cleaning dirt or stains.

1) Our team will arrive punctually with the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.

3) You may choose to stay or leave the premises during the cleaning session. However, please be advised to keep your valuables safe.
4) Our team aims to complete the work within the quoted manhours. Our supervisor on site may advise should an extension of manhours be required to complete the job, depending on the condition of the place. Any extension or add-ons will require approval from the customer first.
5) Upon completion of our cleaning service, our team will run through the job scope checklist before issuing an invoice to the customer. The remaining balance could be made via PayNow or Bank Transfer.
Our working hours typically start from 8am. However, for condominiums, the earliest would be from 9am. This is because of the MCST requirements stated, which only allows our staff to enter the premises from 9am onwards.
Yes, for some cases we do utilize the scrubber machine for thorough cleaning of your floors.
Yes, we have jet spray machines which we will use for certain situations with conditions that require it.
We will always use clean microfiber cloth for the cleaning process to achieve high cleanliness. However, it is not guaranteed that it will be a brand-new cloth. Should you prefer our team to use a brand-new cloth for the cleaning of your home, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per set of new cloths.

Yes. To secure your slot, you will be required to make a 50% deposit. The remaining balance would be collected upon the completion of our cleaning service.

Yes, however we do not encourage cash payments as our cleaners do not bring any cash or change with them. Additionally, paying directly to our company accounts will also ensure a proper accounting transaction that is accountable for.
Yes, you may make payment with card online. However, please note that there will be a 3.4% processing fees. Should you prefer to pay using card, we recommend making payment via AXS which comes with no processing fees.
Yes, after the cleaning process is completed, our staff will issue you a physical invoice onsite.
